Counselling and psychotherapy is for anybody. At times, one might feel that life is difficult, unmanageable and challenging. Counselling can be an excellent support for someone who feels unhappy with their present circumstances and hopes for a change in their life. It is a recourse to personal growth and can help one to develop assertiveness and self-confidence improving one's sense of well-being.
Tatjana gives her clients the opportunity to work through their issues and emotions by offering them time, attention and support within a confidential and trusting environment.
In her work Tatjana uses humanistic and integrative approach, which includes Person-Centred Counselling, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Creativity and Art.
Tatjana offers both long and short-term counselling and psychotherapy and has successfully worked with a broad range of issues including depression, suicidal ideations, self-harm, stress and anxiety, self-esteem, isolation, relationships and break-up.
Other issues Tatjana deals with regularly are general counselling, abuse, bereavement, childhood
related issues, cultural issues, loss, personal development, post-traumatic stress, pregnancy related
issues, redundancy, trauma, or work related issues.
Tatjana works with adults and young people and practices adhering to the guidelines and Code of Ethics of the Association of Professional Counsellors and Psychotherapists in Ireland.
